At PC-SPECIALIST, we launched the successful path to becoming an MSP in 2017 together with many partners. Now we are opening this seminar series to all SYNAXON partners.
Since 2017, we have supported and coached numerous partners, achieving a great deal together. Many were then trapped in a time-for-money model. Today, some of them stand on major stages and share their knowledge in their own seminars. One of these partners is Frank Neumann, Managing Director of EDVNeumann GmbH in Karlsruhe. He has mastered this transformation particularly successfully, making him the ideal speaker for this seminar series. Based on his own development, experiences, and the steps he has taken, Frank demonstrates how an IT provider can become a successful managed services provider.
This six-part online workshop shows you step-by-step how to build your own managed services portfolio and market it successfully. SYNAXON's marketing efforts have also been consistently aligned with managed services in recent years. Frank will also cover the use of sales templates, for example. You'll also learn how to successfully migrate existing customers to managed services. Frank will also demonstrate the tools and systems he successfully uses in his own company.
