In the MSP BWA group, IT entrepreneurs (owners and managing directors) from companies with 5 to 15 employees, specializing in “Managed Services”, exchange ideas.
The focus is on business management topics, evaluations, as well as operational and personal challenges.
Contents and focus areas:
– Performance comparisons in the area of managed services
– Regular exchange on goals, strategies and milestones
– Best-practice presentations and insights from participating companies
– Company visits followed by an exchange of experiences
– Company comparisons regarding business analyses, sales, costs and key figures
– Comparison to the use of modern tools and processes
– Topics related to business management
Based on this, the participants jointly analyze and discuss key business figures, processes and success factors.
The goal is to sustainably increase the profitability and competitiveness of all participating companies.
The exchange takes place once a month. The group meets in person twice a year at company locations/hotels across Germany. The owner of the company visited on-site also provides insights into their business, its processes, and key areas of focus.
The meetings are intended as an open, respectful, and constructive exchange. Each participant contributes their own experiences and benefits from the insights gained by the group.

Services:
An online exchange takes place monthly (10 times per year).
Two in-person meetings are planned nationwide each year (each includes a conference fee).
SYNAXON organized the meetings, suggested topics, and provided the company comparisons.
Cost:
€79 per month
Other possible costs:
Hotel accommodation, optional evening events and other additional food and drinks = self-pay.
Duration:
Start date: June 1, 2026; termination possible at any time with 6 months' notice to the end of the month.
Requirement:
Entrepreneurs/Managing Directors of companies with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 employees
MSP rate of at least 20%
Number of participants:
Minimum 12, maximum 15 participants
