Information about the exam The training prepares you for the AZ-900 exam. However, that alone is not enough to pass the exam successfully.
Furthermore, initiative (including self-study) is required, and you should gain your own experience (e.g., with a test environment). We also recommend thorough preparation for the exam to ensure success.

Goal

This 20-part online training series provides you with a broad range of fundamental IT knowledge, forming the basis for a successful IT career. You will gain insights into network topologies, network infrastructures, and concepts essential for successful installation and configuration of Windows Server. Further topics include Azure, Office 365, Linux, and the interaction with local and cloud solutions, as well as their security.

Alongside building these essential IT fundamentals, the training forms the basis for all advanced Microsoft certifications. Furthermore, you can prepare for the exam. AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals prepare, which forms the basis for all further Azure certifications.

Requirement

  • Basic computer skills
  • Understanding of basic security, networking, and administration concepts
  • Experience with desktop operating systems is helpful, but not essential.

Procedure of the online training courses

Your trainer:
Louise Bourbon
She has worked as an IT consultant and certified trainer for many years. Her expertise is broad. As a long-time Microsoft trainer, she holds several Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) titles in various server areas. She is also MCSE certified in the area of data management.

Further areas of expertise and certifications include Linux, Microsoft SharePoint, Azure, and Office 365. She also has knowledge in CompTIA Security+ and ethical hacking.
The described training program consists of online sessions in which you can participate live. Since all sessions are conducted live, technical issues may occur, potentially leading to short-notice cancellations of individual training units. Training interruptions or postponements may also occur due to illness of those responsible (training facilitators, moderators). Should such an interruption occur, the training will be resumed at a later date, which may result in an extension of the training period. Please take this into account when planning your schedule.
The online training comprises a total of 20 teaching units (TU).
The duration of each teaching unit (TU) is approximately 45-60 minutes.
A certificate of attendance is provided for each lesson. This serves as complete documentation of the acquired skills. Furthermore, you will receive a summary certificate upon completion of the training.
All online training sessions are recorded and made available for download in .MP4 format for at least six months shortly after completion.
The language of instruction is German. Accompanying teaching materials, presentations, and desktop views may also be displayed in English.
