Procedure of the online training courses

		Ihr Trainer wird Herr Ralf Kirchner sein. Seine Ausbildungsschwerpunkte liegen im IT-Servicemanagement (ITIL®, FitSM), im Projektmanagement (PRINCE2®) und im agilen Projekt- und Produktmanagement (SCRUM). Einen weiteren Fokus legt er auf die Themen Customer Relationship Management und Prozessmanagement. Als langjährig zertifizierter Trainer in den Bereichen Microsoft, Peoplecert und Exin (u. a. ITIL® 3 Expert, ITIL 4 MP, PRINCE2® Practitioner, .) ist er ein erfahrener Experte, wenn es um sehr praxisnahe Aus- und Weiterbildungen im IT-Service- und Projektmanagement geht.
		The described training program consists of online sessions in which you can participate live. Since all sessions are conducted live, technical issues may occur, potentially leading to short-notice cancellations of individual training units. Training interruptions or postponements may also occur due to illness of those responsible (training facilitators, moderators). Should such an interruption occur, the training will be resumed at a later date, which may result in an extension of the training period. Please take this into account when planning your schedule.
		The online training comprises a total of 18 teaching units (TU). The duration of each teaching unit (TU) is approximately 45-60 minutes.
		A certificate of attendance is provided for each lesson. This serves as complete documentation of the acquired skills. Furthermore, you will receive a summary certificate upon completion of the training. Die Ausbildung bereitet Sie auf das Examen EXIN Dynamic Project Management Method Foundation vor. Die Zertifizierungsprüfung ist eine optionale Leistung und kein Bestandteil dieser Ausbildung.
		All online training sessions are recorded and made available for download in .MP4 format for at least six months shortly after completion.
		The language of instruction is German. Accompanying teaching materials, presentations, and desktop views may also be displayed in English.
