Ziel dieser Ausbildung ist es, die Prinzipien des IT-Projektmanagements zu verstehen und mit der fachspezifischen Terminologie vertraut zu sein, um Ihre künftige Projektarbeit deutlich zu erleichtern.

Online training schedule

		Your trainer will be Mr. Ralf Kirchner be. His training focuses on IT service management (ITIL®, FitSM), project management (PRINCE2®), and agile project and product management (SCRUM). He also focuses on customer relationship management and process management. As a long-standing certified trainer in the areas of Microsoft, Peoplecert and Exin (including ITIL® 3 Expert, As a certified ITIL 4 MP, PRINCE2® Practitioner, he is an experienced expert when it comes to very practical training and further education in IT service and project management.
		Die beschriebene Ausbildung besteht aus Online-Trainings, die Ihnen direkt zur Verfügung stehen.
		Die Online-Ausbildung umfasst in Summe 20 Unterrichtseinheiten (UE). Each lesson lasts approximately 45 – 60 minutes.
		For your participation, you will be provided with certificates with which you can fully document the skills you have acquired.
		Alle Online-Trainings werden für mind. sechs Monate im .MP4 Format zum Download zur Verfügung gestellt.
		The language of instruction is German. Course materials, presentations, and desktop views may also be presented in English.
