This online training is designed to help you develop a sound understanding of the legal requirements for dealing with the use and application of artificial intelligence.

You will be able to recognize, understand, and implement legal frameworks in practice. Furthermore, you will learn to identify legal risks and initiate appropriate measures to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Requirement

No special prerequisites are required to participate in this online training. Prior experience and a basic understanding of artificial intelligence would be advantageous.

		Carola Sieling is a specialist in IT and internet law. She not only possesses the skills of a lawyer but also excellent technical knowledge, which is essential for providing legal advice in IT law. Her areas of expertise include IT law, internet law, competition law, trademark law, employment law, data protection law, copyright law, contract law, and the law of general terms and conditions. In addition to her work as a specialist lawyer for information technology law, she is a lecturer at the Nordakademie and a data protection officer.
		The described training consists of online training courses that are directly available to you.
		Die Online-Ausbildung umfasst in Summe 2 Unterrichtseinheiten (UE). The duration of each teaching unit (TU) is approximately 45-60 minutes.
		A certificate of attendance is provided for each lesson. This serves as complete documentation of the acquired skills. Furthermore, you will receive a summary certificate upon completion of the training.
		All online training courses are available for download in .MP4 format for at least six months.
		The language of instruction is German. Accompanying teaching materials, presentations, and desktop views may also be displayed in English.
