PCS BWA Circle

The PCS BWA Circle This program brings together IT entrepreneurs (owners and managing directors) from companies with 5 to 15 employees twice a year for practical, in-person meetings. The owner of the company visited on-site provides insights into their business, its processes, and key areas of focus. Based on this, the participants jointly discuss and analyze key performance indicators, processes, and success factors.

Contents and focus areas:
– Company visits followed by an exchange of experiences
– Company comparisons regarding business analyses, sales, costs and key figures
– Performance comparisons in the area of managed services
– Exchange on goals, strategies and milestones
– Best-practice presentations and insights from participating companies
– Comparison and use of modern tools and processes
– Topics related to business management

This group of participants sees itself as an open, constructive workshop. Each participant contributes themselves and their own experiences and benefits from the insights of the group. 

The aim is to sustainably increase the profitability and competitiveness of all participating companies through transparent discussions and the comparison of business data.

Services:
– An online meeting takes place approximately every 2 months (5-6 times per year).
– Two in-person meetings (including conference fees) are planned per year.
– Organization of the meetings, topic suggestions, key topics, agenda and provision of the overview table by SYNAXON.
Hotel accommodations/evening events/other additional food and drinks = self-pay

Duration: Start date: January 1, 2026; termination possible at any time with 6 months' notice.  

Prerequisite for further participants:
– Companies with a minimum of 5, and a maximum of 15 employees
– MSP rate of > 20%
– Application including a business presentation in an online or in-person meeting -> the entire group decides on further participation
