Please note that the space for the accompanying person not part of the profit It is not included, but can be purchased for a fee. Due to limited capacity, the number of accompanying persons is limited.

This is included in your package

• Bed and breakfast: You and the main booker stay overnight. together in the same double room of the 4-star hotel „"Barcelona Princess"“ (including breakfast on both days).
• Lunch snack on the day of arrival from 12-1 pm in the hotel (conference area).
• Evening events: You will participate in our joint dinner events in exclusive locations on both evenings.
• Transfer: The transfer from the hotel to the two dinners and back is organized for you.

Important information about the program

Please understand that participation in the official professional program (Lectures, workshops, tech deep dives) as well as at Supporting program (Guided tours, innovation hotspots) for accompanying persons not possible is. 

The program activities are subject to strict capacity limits and are therefore limited. During the scheduled sessions and social program hours, the accompanying person has the day in Barcelona free for their own activities. If the accompanying person is interested in participating in the program, they should book instead. this event. Spontaneous participation on site is expressly excluded.

Terms & Booking
