Team Leader – Fast Track (Online Training Course) – Module 2

Team leaders and future managers need modern and agile organizational and leadership models, as well as agile management methods.
Topics such as skills shortage, Generation Y, agile management and systemic leadership are in the foreground, alongside the challenge of initiating and driving change processes in the team. 

In addition to current leadership know-how, you will learn within 5 compact modules to effectively use your individual strengths, to make changes motivating for yourself and for the team, and to recognize and promote potential. 
You will develop your leadership skills and learn to establish effective structures for your team.

The content was developed by Holger Kämmerer and Kristin Dethloff together with and for IT system house partners in order to meet the diverse requirements for the development of team leaders in a compact yet effective manner in the shortest possible time. 
The two lecturers teach Tried and tested methods from everyday IT system house practice, which can lead to personal changes and can also be implemented directly.

The benefit for participants lies in the IT-focused integration of modern and agile management methods with classic organizational and leadership models, as well as the practical presentation of these topics by the two instructors.

The online training course includes

• 5 live online training modules of 4 hours each using the tools Microsoft Teams and Mural. 
• The individual modules take place every two weeks over a period of two months, leaving sufficient time in between to put the new suggestions into practice.
• The modules are self-contained in terms of content and yet build upon each other. 
• Access data and an information care pack will be sent to participants one week before the first module. 
• The recorded video and the documents for both modules will be made available in Microsoft Teams at the end of each module. 
• A closed group will be set up in Microsoft Teams where participants have the opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss questions with the lecturers.

Lecturer
Kristin Dethloff She is the managing director, consultant, and trainer of UBEGA GmbH. She has been closely associated with IT system houses since 2012.
Until the end of 2017, the business administration graduate worked for the Berlin-based systems house NETFOX AG, where she gained extensive experience and a deep appreciation for the systems house business from many perspectives. Since then, Kristin Dethloff has been supporting IT companies in developing processes and organizational structures. As a trainer, she combines practical experience with communication expertise, equipping her participants with practical and readily applicable communication tools.
