Dialogue Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)
Your future in IT
As an apprentice in dialogue marketing (m/f/d), you will work in our lead generation department and learn how companies acquire new customers and achieve sustainable growth. You will support our franchise partners in identifying potential customers, establishing initial contact, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales teams.
At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to actively participate in the further development of our sales and lead generation processes. You'll contribute your own ideas, question existing procedures, and work with our team to create new ways to become even more successful.
During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to use modern CRM systems, digital tools, and professional communication techniques. Step by step, you will take on more responsibility and develop a deep understanding of sales, customer acquisition, and process optimization.
You'll work closely with experienced colleagues who will support you both professionally and personally. With us, you're not just a trainee, but part of a team that drives change and enjoys trying out new ideas.
