During your apprenticeship as an office management assistant, you will play a key role in our company's reception area right from the start. You will be the first point of contact for guests, customers, and employees, ensuring they feel well cared for at all times. In addition, you will gain insights into other areas such as administration, organization, and internal projects.

This is what awaits you
- Central role at reception: greeting and looking after guests as well as the first point of contact for employees, customers and service providers.
- Control of the telephone switchboard and professional forwarding of inquiries
- Coordination and organization of appointments as well as independent organization of meetings, training courses and events including room preparation, catering, provision of materials and ensuring a smooth process.
- General assistant, secretarial and administrative tasks (correspondence, mail processing, scheduling)
- Support in day-to-day operations (e.g., ordering, invoice verification, data maintenance)
- Insights into commercial processes such as purchasing, fleet management and office organization
- Taking on own small projects and participating in cross-departmental tasks
This is what you bring with you
- Enjoying being the first point of contact at reception and welcoming people.
- Good secondary school leaving certificate, high school diploma or vocational high school diploma
- Organizational talent as well as a structured and reliable work ethic
- Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a friendly, confident demeanor.
- Flexibility, resilience and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Good computer skills and an interest in business processes
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
