How we freed ourselves up and how you can too

Since the end of 2023, we've been running the "Getting bogged down in details" project. We're specifically looking for things that slow us down, annoy us, or are unnecessarily complicated, and actively seeking solutions. No blame, no finger-pointing – instead, we celebrate when we've identified and improved something. In total, we've already resolved over 40 issues this way!
A few examples are:
- Instead of having to enter passwords ten times for various platforms, we were able to integrate many of them into our single sign-on. We've directly applied this concept to the partner area and SYNAXON Marketplace to make your life easier.
- Manual ticket creation is a thing of the past. We've automated many processes, and we've integrated these into our support portal for you.
- – Targeted, transparent coordination helped overcome internal communication hurdles. The same applies to our communication with you, which is why we offer a weekly Friday meeting.
- Tasks that nobody liked are now being done by colleagues who actually enjoy doing them. Win-win, right?
