A customer instance created is free of charge for the current month and will only be billed starting with the following month. An admin user is created during the creation process. This user is used for configuring and managing the instance and is usually billed as an “Additional User”. Please note the difference between an additional user and a mailbox user, as depending on the instance configuration, the admin user may also be counted as a mailbox user.
