On our blog Statement for May We have reported that we will be conducting the billing for May in two parts:
- First billing with all products except monitoring
- Second invoice with monitoring as a supplementary invoice

Due to a system change at the manufacturer, the necessary billing data was only made available much later than usual. After the delayed handover, it turned out that the data was faulty and could not be used for billing.
When will the May bill arrive?
The billing data for May was painstakingly processed manually in cooperation with the manufacturer into a format we can use for invoicing. The test billing looked good, so you should receive your May bill in the next few days.
What happens next?
The manufacturer has assured us that the upcoming billing data should arrive as usual. Assuming this is the case, the invoices for all SYNAXON Managed Services products for the month of June will be sent out as normal in the middle of next week.

Due to the split May invoice, it's possible that the multi-product discount wasn't calculated correctly. If this is the case for you, please contact us.
