With this in mind, we have revised the Terms and Conditions for using SYNAXON Managed Services and restructured some of the service descriptions for greater clarity.
Terms and Conditions: the changes in detail
The updated version of the General Terms and Conditions will come into effect on February 1, 2023 and contains the following changes:
- Paragraph 2: Removal of the former product Modern Workplace.
- Paragraph 5: Addition that personalized accounts will be assigned or must be created for all SYNAXON Managed Services; previously, this was only mentioned for SYNAXON Managed RMM.
- Paragraph 6: Removal of the explicit mention of einsnulleins GmbH, as this company no longer provides services for SYNAXON Managed Services.
- Paragraph 12.1: Removal of the mention of the former product Modern Workplace, clarification of the notice period of 15 days to the end of the month, and explicit clarification that devices, users, services or data not removed independently will automatically continue the contract.
- Paragraph 12.2: Removal of the clause stating that SYNAXON will independently remove RMM agents from end-user systems in the event of termination, as this is solely the responsibility of the partners.
- Paragraph 12.4: Extension to include the possibility of continuing to use SYNAXON Managed Services beyond the end of a SYNAXON partnership.
