We are constantly working to offer you a better and more transparent service. As a Master MSP, we want to grow together with you and don't hide anything in the fine print. With this in mind, we have revised the Terms and Conditions for using SYNAXON services.
The updated version of the Terms and Conditions will come into effect on April 1, 2025* and contains the following changes:
- Paragraph 7: From April 1, 2025, we will only offer our services via SEPA direct debit mandate or through the SYNAXON central settlement system with BFS finance GmbH. This change will be reflected in the invoice for April 2025, issued in mid-May 2025.
- SYNAXON services invoices are due immediately; there is no longer a 30-day payment term.
From January 2025, billing will be handled by SYNAXON Services GmbH, instead of SYNAXON AG as in the past. The reason for this change is to optimize our billing processes as part of a migration to SAP as our billing platform.
Due to the change in billing company, each user must issue a SEPA direct debit mandate suitable for the new company; a mandate issued to SYNAXON AG is unfortunately not sufficient. We've made it as easy as possible by providing you with... SYNAXON Services Dashboard offer a fully digital process for issuing a SEPA basic direct debit mandate.
