Important: Bug when performing an upgrade in Microsoft CSP via NCE

There is currently a bug when upgrading an existing subscription to a higher-value plan. For example, if you want to upgrade from three Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscriptions... a plan Instead of converting to a Microsoft 365 Business Standard via the upgrade function, all three Business Basic to Business Standard.

Currently, it is only known that this problem occurs with business plans. However, it can be assumed that similar difficulties are to be expected with enterprise plans as well.

What can you do? 

Do not attempt to perform the upgrade yourself via SYNAXON Cloud-iQ. Instead, our support team can carry out the necessary upgrade for you. Send an email to m365_support@synaxon.de with the following information:
