Significant progress in the SYNAXON Services Dashboard
We've recently made some changes to the SYNAXON Services Dashboard. We hope these new developments will help you optimize your workflows with us and better support your customers.
1. Dashboard leaves beta status: Our dashboard has successfully left beta! With this important milestone, we can now support you even more reliably and user-friendly.
2. New support portal: Last month we informed you about an important change to our support process: In our new support area, you have direct access to our knowledge base, can open new tickets, view existing tickets, or book an appointment with our support team. All in one central location. More information in this newsfeed.
3. New SYNAXON Services Calculator: This tool helps you to quickly and accurately calculate offers for your customers.
4. New status page: To keep you up-to-date on the current status of our platforms and services, we have created a new status page at status.synaxon.com This is set up. Here you will find all relevant information about planned maintenance, system failures, or other events that could affect your work.

- IMPROVED: A restart after installation is not required for Linux products (ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Linux and ESET Server Security for Linux).
- FIX: Error message when opening details or editing a server task with a trigger other than "Create report".
- FIX: In some cases, the warning "Product not installed" was displayed for "General Features" policies.
