Cloud-to-cloud backup and other news from your Master MSP
1,464 hours ago – or rather 61 days ago – we launched SYNAXON Managed Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. But what has happened since then? More than we expected!
We have a series of getting started videos (How do I get started?, How do I create a customer account? and Microsoft 365 backupThese videos have been published to make it easier for you to get started using the product. They are designed to help you quickly find your way around and fully utilize the product's potential.
Furthermore, a successful Launch Webinar Instead, we held a webinar for which more than 100 participants registered. In this webinar, we presented all the important information about the product and answered questions in detail. It was great to have so many of you there and to see your interest in the product!
We've also published an end-customer handout to help you drive sales of the product. This handout contains key information and arguments you can use to convince your customers of the benefits of managed cloud-to-cloud backup.
But why is it important to have a managed cloud-to-cloud backup?
Almost all providers – from Microsoft 365 to Salesforce to Google – hide in their terms and conditions the fact that users are "partly responsible" for their data. Microsoft, by default, does not retain backups for longer than 35 days.
We are delighted with the positive feedback we have received so far. Here are a few statements from our pilot partners in response to the question, "What do you like best about this managed service?":
- „"It couldn't be simpler. Setting it up is a breeze, and then it's a breeze." Frank Judas, FPJ Media & IT
- „"The pricing model and the ease of setup. Another great product from you, thanks for your dedication :-D" – Michael Tosch, MIRAL Soft eK.
→ Our extra tip: Only the users are licensed – including a data flat rate – without hidden costs!
- „"I would like to highlight two points here. Firstly, I can easily test everything and familiarize myself with it during a two-week trial period. And secondly, the connection is very easy to set up and runs stably afterwards." Felix Köhler, felements GmbH
We are confident that Managed Cloud-to-Cloud Backup will be a valuable addition to your portfolio.

The SYNAXON services team met live for you!

Viktoria Scheiermann (1st row, third from right) has been supporting us as a working student in marketing since February and gives us an insight into her perception:
“The first SYNAXON Services meeting of the year took place at the beginning of March – for the first time in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock. As someone who only recently joined the team and had previously participated mostly in virtual meetings, this first in-person meeting was an exciting experience for me. I started the meeting with a bit of nervousness, as I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But from the very first minute, I was greeted by the pleasant and friendly atmosphere within the team. It was encouraging to see that the positive mood and team spirit I knew from the virtual interactions continued in person. The meeting's agenda was diverse, encompassing various discussion topics and interactive sessions. In particular, individual breakout sessions were organized, giving teams the opportunity to exchange ideas and develop collaborative concepts. Through intensive brainstorming sessions, we were able to generate innovative ideas to further improve our products and services for our partners. So stay tuned!
In my opinion, the meeting was extremely successful and provided us with new insights to continue our work and further our growth. We are all looking forward to implementing the ideas that emerged!”

We received praise!
Martin Feilke, our team leader for products & technology, recently wrote to us: “I just received a message that I was very pleased about. Not only did we react quickly, offer real added value, and communicate well, but we also received praise. This clearly demonstrates once again what our Master MSP approach is all about for our partners.“
More specifically, it was about a script in Managed RMM for disabling the switch to the Outlook desktop. But thankfully, this kind of praise—that everything worked smoothly and "blazing fast"—is not uncommon, and we're always happy to hear it. What we want to convey is that our partners are very satisfied with our services and support. So much so that we even receive a message about it. That's something, isn't it?
So feel free to take a look at our entire portfolio:
