SYNAXON Managed RMM

Since the last patch management update from N-able, there have been difficulties with this functionality in Managed RMM.
We are aware of the following problems:
- Unscheduled server restarts have occurred (installation periods were ignored)
- Patch status scans are disrupted
- Installations are permanently displayed in the RMM.
- There are discrepancies in the number of pending patches displayed between the SMS app and the manufacturer's dashboard (the synchronization is very delayed).
The problem has already been escalated to the manufacturer.
We will update this newsfeed article as soon as we receive feedback from the manufacturer and full functionality has been restored.
