Now we can provide precise details. All Managed Endpoint Security prices will be increased, but by varying amounts. The exact changes are listed on our price list on the SMS information page.

Price adjustments from May 2023
There are several reasons for the price adjustments: Firstly, of course, the increased costs, whether in the energy market (hosting of cloud solutions), but also increased development and personnel costs, because we want to continue offering you the best possible security solution made in the EU. Therefore, we significantly expanded our development department last year to be able to meet the ever-increasing demands on IT security solutions in the future.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) Following the extensive changes on February 1, 2023, two minor clarifications are still needed.
The updated version will come into effect on April 15, 2023 and contains the following changes:
- Amended: Paragraph 12.1: Clarification of when exactly the notice period of 15 days to the end of the month applies.
- Added: Paragraph 14.3: Clarification that all contract-related information will be communicated via email and newsfeed.
