We recently received a message from ESET about an upcoming price adjustment. Although we don't yet have the exact details, we wanted to pass on the limited information we have as soon as possible.
Which prices will be adjusted?
- The MSP price adjustment on May 1, 2023, averages 11%. The impact on the individual Managed Endpoint Security packages is not yet known.
What remains the same?
- Unfortunately, we don't know that yet either.
As soon as the final information is available, we will share it immediately.

Price adjustments from May 2023
There are several reasons for the price adjustments: Firstly, of course, the increased costs, whether in the energy market (hosting of cloud solutions), but also increased development and personnel costs, because we want to continue offering you the best possible security solution made in the EU. Therefore, we significantly expanded our development department last year to be able to meet the ever-increasing demands on IT security solutions in the future.Furthermore, ESET is globally harmonizing its price lists and pricing models to standardize pricing internationally. At the same time, we always keep a close eye on market prices and can therefore assure you that we will continue to offer high-quality security solutions at a fair and competitive price.
