What is the Sales Opportunities Report?
A key dashboard within your SYNAXON Monitoring & Management system is the Sales Opportunity Report. There, you can see your customers' hardware weaknesses at a glance. We show you, in one central location, where operating systems are outdated, devices have exceeded a minimum age, current Office versions are not in use, or where hard drive space is running low.
Where can I find the sales opportunity report?
Please simply go to your current account. SMS Dashboard. In the menu under "Other," you'll find the entry "Sales Opportunities." Clicking on it takes you directly to the sales opportunity report and automatically gathers all the latest data.
What's new in the Sales Opportunities Report?
In many environments, RAM is a key factor in the functionality of the infrastructure. You requested the ability to individually analyze this in reports. This is now possible.
Additionally, you now have the option to export the report as a PDF or Excel file. This makes it even easier to perform analyses or simply provide your client with a printout.
