On March 1st, we gave you in this message We have announced that we have revised the terms and conditions of SYNAXON Projekt und Handels GmbH for Managed Workplace. Following several inquiries, we would like to explain the following:
Project-based equipment refers to devices with a project price approved by the manufacturer and developed by the SYNAXON Project Office. Only end-customer projects handled through extended project support are affected by this change.
These project prices represent special conditions explicitly approved by the manufacturers. Due to increased procurement costs, we charge a service fee for replacement devices on project-related items.
Rents that began before March 1, 2024 are not affected by this change.
