Five years ago, SYNAXON Managed Services were ready to launch, and our first partners started working with us at the end of May 2017. Since then, we have gained approximately 500 SYNAXON partners for our services.
During that time we have expanded quite a bit:
- The product range extends from a small beginning with "only" monitoring to a comprehensive portfolio with eight products, with more in development.
- The marketing library includes a data processing agreement, service descriptions, and now end-customer handouts for all products to better support you in selling managed services.
- The team – which has grown from one person to 18 colleagues and is working for you every day.
At this point, we would like to say a big THANK YOU to all our partners. Thank you for your trust and loyalty, whether you've been with us for five days or five years.
It's fun working with you, and as a small gesture, a little surprise will soon arrive by post (as long as the supply chains don't let us down!).
