The old reporting system will be switched off at the end of the year.
We already informed you on August 22nd.: The previous reporting system from SYNAXON Managed RMM under sms.synaxon.de will be shut down at the end of the year. The new, significantly expanded version is already in Marketplace Dashboard available and allows you to integrate SYNAXON service products beyond Managed RMM.
If you still need reports from the old system, back them up. now. Here's how to download all reports at once:
- 1. Visit sms.synaxon.de
- 2. Select “Other → Archive Monthly Reports” from the menu.
- 3. Select “Download all reports”
The result is a zip file containing all reports from all customers, divided by year.
Important: For optimal functionality, the new reporting system requires a link between products and customers, as customers are often named differently in different products. You can find more information about this in this [link/document/etc.]. Knowledge base articles.
