We recently received a message from our managed firewall provider, Anqa, regarding an upcoming price adjustment and the product's end-of-life. While the final details are not yet available, we wanted to inform you about the information we currently have.
Which prices will be adjusted?
A price adjustment between 10 % and 15 % will take effect on October 1, 2025. This affects all SYNAXON Managed Firewall products. The [new price] will be available from August 8, 2025. Future price list in the partner area ready.
Direct excerpt from Anqa's announcement:
„"Our last price adjustment was in 2022, but due to current cost developments, we are unfortunately forced to implement a moderate price increase for UTM services starting October 1, 2025. We must now take into account the situation regarding supply chains, logistics costs, inflation, and higher hardware and service costs from our suppliers in some areas.".
Like you, we always strive to deliver the best possible quality and offer our customers an optimal security package. To continue guaranteeing this within the usual framework, we must adjust our prices in the UTM sector, both for new and existing systems. as well as in the case of existing contracts increase."“
Which product is reaching end-of-life?
Furthermore, we hereby announce that the S-80i hardware is being discontinued and will be replaced by the new, more powerful S-88i, presumably starting in mid-September. This affects the "Standard Firewall 70" product.
