ESET Essential is discontinued – we can help you!
ESET had already discontinued its Essential licenses in December 2022 and introduced "Entry" as the entry-level license. After a very long transition period, availability will now also end for SYNAXON service partners on June 30, 2025. Therefore, ESET Essential can no longer be purchased from this date and will be replaced by ESET Entry.
Partners currently using Essential as of June 9, 2025 will be informed separately about the outcome of the negotiations regarding the transition to Entry and the further process as soon as possible (today!), and this information will also be stored in the newsfeed archive in the partner area.
Greater flexibility in Managed Endpoint Security: New "Advanced" package available
We now offer the new SYNAXON Managed Endpoint Security package. Advanced It slots in functionally and price-wise precisely between the "Entry" and "Complete" models – ideal for those who need more protection but don't want to go for the full package. For you, that means a new level of security and more flexibility.

New in Managed Backup: Geo-redundant backups now available
From now on, as a managed backup partner using Acronis storage, you have the option of geo-redundant backups. This allows you to back up sensitive data not only in Frankfurt, but also in Munich.
New services and billing models for Managed Backup and Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud
There have been some changes in the Acronis world! The following new options are now available to you:
- Microsoft 365 Backup Storage – fast and direct backup storage from Microsoft for your M365 backups.
- Email archiving – now optional:
- based on storage usage (GB model),
- based on workload (Seat) including unlimited Acronis Cloud Storage
- Advanced Management (RMM) – Device monitoring and management for M365 Seats.
- Disaster recovery to Azure – including direct backup to Azure.
