We would like to inform you in advance: The previous SYNAXON Managed RMM reporting system (sms.synaxon.de > Other > Settings) will be permanently shut down at the end of the year and replaced by a significantly expanded version in the Marketplace Dashboard. To help you prepare, here are the most important points for you:

- – New reporting system: The enhanced version will be released shortly in the Marketplace Dashboard. For the first time, this enhanced version allows the integration of SYNAXON Services products beyond Managed RMM.
- – Back up data: If you still need older customer reports, please download them in good time. From December 2025 at the latest, there will be an option for bulk downloads so that each report doesn't have to be downloaded individually.
- – Connecting products & customers: For optimal functionality, the new reporting system requires a link between products and customers, as customers are often named differently across different products. We will use a self-hosted AI model to generate cross-product linking suggestions. Until then, you can find more information in [link/document/section - context needed]. Knowledge base articles.
