We are constantly working to offer you a better and more transparent service. As a Master MSP, we want to grow together with you and don't hide anything in the fine print. With this in mind, we have revised the Terms and Conditions for using SYNAXON services.
The changes supplement the existing terms and conditions with provisions necessitated by the marketplace launch. Existing products, solutions, or procurement channels will be affected. not changed. In particular, the change in paragraph 7 is not a departure from the SEPA basic direct debit mandate for SYNAXON services products – it refers exclusively to future products that can be offered on the Marketplace.
The updated version of the Terms and Conditions will come into effect on July 16, 2025 and contains the following changes:
- Paragraph 1: These terms and conditions now apply to all services obtained through the SYNAXON Marketplace.
- Paragraph 3: Our service descriptions continue to apply to the existing SYNAXON services. For newly available services outside this portfolio, the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions will define the scope and functions.
- Paragraph 7: Unless otherwise stated, a different billing procedure via SEPA direct debit for businesses will apply to newly available services.
- Paragraph 8: The disclaimer regarding availability has been extended and now explicitly applies to manufacturers' platforms as well.
- Paragraph 11: Extension of the data usage policy to new services.
- Paragraph 12: Newly available services will also be automatically renewed in the future unless terminated or the manufacturer specifies otherwise.
- Paragraph 14: General information and notifications will in future be provided via the Notification Dashboard and/or email newsletter.
