We are constantly working to offer you a better and more easily understandable service. As a Master MSP, we want to grow together with you and don't hide anything in the fine print. With this in mind, we have the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of SYNAXON Projekt und Handels GmbH for Managed Workplace Revised. The updated version comes into effect on March 1, 2024 (today!) and contains the following change:
- Item 7.4 has been added: For project-based equipment, unless otherwise agreed, a service fee of €50 per replacement device will be charged. Providing a replacement device may take up to 3 days.
