Breaking News – Managed Backup
Acronis will be conducting a phased, physical migration of its data center between May 9, 2025 and June 30, 2025. The location will remain Frankfurt.
Action is required!
The IP address of the data center will change as part of the migration. If connections are restricted in the firewall, the following IP addresses must be added: 185.174.140.0/24
The previous IP addresses (45.11.128.0/24) should remain deposited at least until the end of July.
If your customer is using a SYNAXON Managed Firewall, you do NOT need to take any action. We have already configured all the necessary settings for you.
The migration steps begin on Fridays. During this migration, access to the cloud portal and backups will be unavailable. Acronis therefore recommends creating a local backup as an additional safety measure on the preceding Thursday. After the migration is complete, the protection plans will automatically resume. SYNAXON Storage is not affected by this migration. NOT affected.
