Yes, it's very simple. We can take over existing Mailstore instances and continue running them. This saves you a lot of work, and your already archived emails can be seamlessly transferred.
The process is as follows:
- The timing will be coordinated with SYS support.
- Your instance will be stopped or started in safe mode to prevent further delta errors.
- The Mailstore databases are being transferred.
- You normally create an instance via the web dashboard.
- The databases are connected to the created instance.
- Your Mailstore product key will be used to decrypt the database.
- The databases are then checked for consistency.
