In our newsfeed article on August 12, 2022, SYNAXON Managed Services billing data visible in EGIS, We previously reported that SYNAXON Managed Services billing data is now visible in EGIS. This development was initiated after many partners requested a breakdown of their SYNAXON invoice data in EGIS for review and reconciliation. Additionally, the goal was to provide a detailed CSV file for importing into their own billing systems.
We are pleased to provide an update. Billing data for Managed Firewall is now also included.
