Extension of the SYNAXON Managed Firewall
We are very pleased to announce an expansion of the SYNAXON Managed Firewall based on your partner feedback and roadmap requests.
What has changed?
From now on, there are three different product variants (Basic, Standard, and Enterprise) suitable for different, specific use cases, depending on your customer's needs. And because more and more employees are working from home, there's now also a dedicated home office connector. You can see how the variants differ from each other on the SMS Info Page and in this table.
As a reminder: what remains the same for all models? The advantages for you as a SYNAXON partner.r
- Fully Managed: The manufacturer handles all tasks that arise during the firewall's lifecycle.
- Lifetime hardware warranty: As long as you are a customer, the manufacturer will keep the hardware functional at no extra cost. Should a replacement be necessary, it will usually take place within 24 hours.
- No prior knowledge required: The product is ready to use immediately, without time-consuming certifications. Expensive training courses are therefore a thing of the past.
- Time savings and minimal effort: You only need to fill out the configuration form and connect the device on-site at the customer's location. The manufacturer's support team will assist you with all further steps. This reduces the risk of potential setup errors and time-consuming troubleshooting.
- Start immediately and flexibly with full cost control: There are no additional one-time costs beyond the initial setup, regardless of the actual support required. This also includes configuration changes such as setting up new VPN tunnels. You retain full flexibility thanks to a monthly cancellation option.
- Extensive support: All configuration changes and required updates are already included in the monthly fee and are carried out within specified time frames.
- Proactive monitoring by the manufacturer: The manufacturer's support team monitors the devices and will proactively contact you in case of errors or anomalies. You will also receive support in resolving the problems.
