We have in our blog Managed Service Matrix This article explains the SYNAXON Managed Service Matrix. It provides an overview of all customers by service/product. Within the matrix, you can manage your (managed) services for each customer and then view a service overview for all your customers. This tool enables you to further develop your sales potential, increase efficiency, and foster stronger customer relationships.
