N-able RMM becomes N-able N-sight
Next month, N-able RMM will become N-able N-sight. The manufacturer informed us that the change only pertains to the product name and that it was an oversight that this information became visible. It has no other effect, even though the n-able message may have suggested otherwise (see screenshot).
Why weren't we informed beforehand?
Unfortunately, we received the same message as every other partner. We immediately contacted the manufacturer and only now have we received a satisfactory response.
