We are delighted to present our new roadmap to you today. We have created a small space where you can get a glimpse behind the scenes of SYNAXON Managed Services as we develop and improve future services.
As is often the case with new launches, we're caught between starting early and waiting until everything is perfectly prepared. The truth lies somewhere in between. However, it's important to us that we keep you updated. The new roadmap page shows you in detail what we're currently working on, what's already in preparation, and which of your ideas we've already incorporated.
Your request isn't on the roadmap yet? No problem. Simply use the form on the roadmap page to submit your request.
All feature requests are entered into our ticket system and discussed weekly by the team. If a request is approved, we inform the sender and it is immediately added to the roadmap. Of course, we also inform the sender if a request cannot be granted.
Transparency is very important to us. If you have any questions about the points on the roadmap, please feel free to contact us! And of course, we welcome feedback, because that's the only way we can grow together.
