As you may already know, we have been working on a new central SYNAXON Services Dashboard for some time now. Our goal is to provide you with all the important information about your SYNAXON Services products in one central location.
What's new in version 1.1.0 (Beta)
With this new version, we've made many graphical changes to make the dashboard even more intuitive to use. We've also created a new central area where you can adjust your settings.
Customer testimonials
You now have access to the new reporting system. The old customer reporting is no longer valid – it only worked in conjunction with Managed RMM. The new reports are modular. Configure the report for each of your customers exactly as you need it.
Partner reports
To give you a better overview of all your customers, there are now different modules for an individual partner report.
Individual schedules
From now on, you can send each report individually. Simply enter your desired schedule and become independent of the old, rigid requirements.
Scoring module
The new scoring feature in the customer report gives you even better sales opportunities. Your customer isn't using email archiving yet? Activate the product in the report anyway and show your customer how "bad" their score is as a result.
Everything is in beta
Please note that the dashboard is still in beta. We're working on several sub-projects simultaneously and are constantly releasing new features. Have any suggestions? Check out our roadmap. And if you'd like, feel free to send us your feedback.
