Product: Managed Endpoint Security
Some partners are reporting noticeably increased loading times in the Managed Endpoint Security admin portal. This is causing problems when creating customer accounts and generating installers.
As we recently discussed in this Facebook post As has been reported, this is unfortunately a problem that is not very easy to fix.
What happens next?
We are currently working with the manufacturer's developers on this issue. We require very specific logs for this. Generating these logs necessitates a complete platform restart. We have defined a corresponding maintenance window for this, which is today between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM.
