Oops… we made a mistake
In our Newsfeed post from July 19, 2023 We announced the relaunch of the SYNAXON Managed Firewall. Since then, we've realized that we inadvertently omitted an important piece of information that could be relevant to you as a SYNAXON Managed Firewall partner. We want to rectify this as quickly as possible.
With the relaunch, we have removed the old product variants of the Managed Firewall from our portfolio. Based on your feedback, we have defined new products for you.

The older product variants “FW+ 40 User”, “FW+ 100 User”, and “UTM+ 5 User” have been discontinued due to lack of demand or missing features and are no longer available for order. If you are still using these devices, you can continue to use them until the end of their lifecycle – the prices can now be found on the last page of the price list.
Starting with the next invoice (where possible), we will correct the old product names to the new ones. If you are still using other older devices, especially models with the FW+ bundle, these will be listed as before.
