Product: Managed RMM
Our RMM provider, N-able, increased our prices by 6 % in May 2022, and again by 10 % in May 2023. Since we haven't passed these price increases on to you for the entire last year, we can no longer absorb them and are therefore adjusting our Managed RMM prices as of August 1, 2023.
Despite this unwelcome news, we have some positive news to share: We've finally managed to offer tiered pricing again for Managed RMM. The new tiers apply to all our partners.
