2022 was a truly exciting year for our MSP community. Looking back on the year and seeing what we – together with YOU – accomplished, we can all be incredibly proud!
- Existing products were further developed and expanded, such as the new SYNAXON Storage for Managed Backup
- Infrastructures were placed on a new foundation, as with the Managed email archiving
- New products were launched, such as... Managed Workplace and Managed Power
- Managed VDI beta phase has started.
- Tools have been created and optimized to better support your daily business, such as...
- the Managed Services Matrix (EGIS > My customers > under the Customer list)
- Billing data, which are now available in one central location for all Managed Services (EGIS > Managed Services > My SMS Invoices)
- the Roadmap was introduced (SMS info > Contact & Support > Roadmap)
- There are First Steps Videos, to better support you in onboarding new products (or training new employees).
- Extensions in SMS Dashboard, in the VSales Opportunities Report and in the Managed Billing
But there was much, much more. Together with you, we tweaked many small details to create an even better service. The SMS info page is continuously being developed, we launched the newsfeed, we introduced appointment booking for support, and we exchanged ideas on all technical and sales topics related to managed services in our Friday meetings.

None of this would have been possible without you. You contributed. You asked critical questions. You actively participated. You met with us, celebrated with us, explained your perspectives, shared your wishes, and listened to our motivations. That was fantastic!
