We regularly engage in dialogue with you or your partner colleagues, gather valuable feedback, and continue to develop. This exchange is incredibly important, but it's not enough for us to drive the development that everyone needs.
Introduction of the Roadmap Tool
From now on, you will find a newly designed SMS info page. Roadmap. The system behind this allows you to easily submit new requests at the product level. You can now see the requests from all other partners and vote on them. By voting, you help determine the ranking of the changes.
How exactly does that work?
The link to Roadmap Portal You can find this information on the SMS info page. After creating a new request, we will be notified and all partners can immediately "vote" on it.
Once a feature request has been submitted, it is added to the roadmap and marked as "Submitted." The next stage after our review is "Planned," and we then check the number of votes. If there are enough votes, or if it's a very important feature, the request moves to "In Implementation," followed by "Completed.".
Of course, we will keep you informed about every single step, provided you are the one who submitted a request or voted for one. Transparency is important to us.
