When was the device last restarted?
It frequently happens that a customer's individual device, or even all of their devices, needs to be restarted regularly. When installing patches, we try to notify customers of any pending restarts via a "restart message." Nevertheless, as a service provider, I want to ensure that the necessary restarts are actually performed.
There's a new check that determines how long the device has been switched on. If a user-defined number of days is exceeded, the service provider is alerted. The check can be added to the device either as a 24/7 check or as a TSÜ (Technical Service Observation).
