Many partners have requested the ability to view their SYNAXON invoices in detail within EGIS, similar to what they are accustomed to from other providers, so they can review and reconcile them. For potential import into the ERP system, the data can also be easily exported as a CSV file with a single click.
We are pleased to announce that this billing data is now visible in EGIS. It is important that the employee who needs access to it also has an SMS role.
