The IT landscape is diverse and fast-paced. Circumstances change, new alliances are formed, and companies are acquired. The resulting changes are directly reflected in the data processing agreement (DPA). This particularly concerns Annex 2 – approved subcontractors.
Why do I need a data processing agreement?
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every company that processes personal data on its behalf – i.e., by a service provider – must conclude a data processing agreement.
How can I sign the new data processing agreement?
If you haven't yet concluded a data processing agreement with us, or if it's been more than six months since you signed one, you should act now. Please go to [link/website address]. synaxon.com/de/rechtliches and click below SYNAXON Services Click on the link „Agreement for order processing pursuant to Art. 28 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)“. You will then be taken directly to the e-signature tool, where you can enter your data and sign digitally.
