The SYNAXON Services Dashboard has moved: Welcome to the new SYNAXON Marketplace!

Almost a year of development, what felt like thousands of changes behind the scenes, and now it's finally here: Your new dashboard will be integrated directly into the SYNAXON Marketplace starting Wednesday.. And by "new" we don't just mean the location, but a completely new implementation.

 

To ensure a smooth transition, a maintenance window is necessary. Please schedule this for Wednesday, July 16, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. During this time, there may be some limitations in dashboard functionality. However, a complete offline period is not expected.

 

What is the SYNAXON Marketplace?
In the SYNAXON Marketplace, you can centrally procure hardware, software, and cloud solutions for your customers – quickly, clearly, and with just a few clicks. New features: In addition to the existing hardware offerings, you'll now also find standalone cloud solutions with support from SYNAXON, as well as managed service products operated by SYNAXON Services. And as a SYNAXON Services partner, you'll be one of the first to know!

 

What will change?

  • Two became one: The SYNAXON Services Dashboard is now part of the SYNAXON Marketplace.
    Management and ordering in one system – clearer, faster, more consistent and integrated.
  • The SYNAXON Services product portfolio is now available in the SYNAXON Marketplace.
    The previously separate view no longer exists. All products can now be activated and managed centrally in the SYNAXON Marketplace.
  • New foundation, more speed 
    Our technical infrastructure has been comprehensively overhauled – through optimized structures, simplified dependencies and clearly defined processes, we can provide you with new features and products faster, more stably and more flexibly.
  • API-first – thinking about tomorrow today
    The new marketplace follows an API-first principle. A partner API is already in development so that you can connect your own systems in the future – simply, securely, and flexibly.
  • Cross-customer statistics
    No more switching back and forth between views. You can see at a glance which customers are using which products and where upselling potential lies.
  • Linking your customers from the EGIS customer file to Marketplace products
    So that you can accurately evaluate what is working for each customer – and what is not (yet).
  • Live data on sales opportunities
    No more waiting times – we load the data at lightning speed. The data comes directly from your SYNAXON services solutions – live, in-depth, and exportable if desired.
  • New: stand-alone usable cloud and licensing products
    SYNAXON Marketplace brings together everything you need for your customers:
    • – Hardware
    • – Products from SYNAXON Services (e.g. Managed Backup, Managed Email Archiving, etc.)
    • – Standalone cloud and licensing solutions, flexibly deployable and with first-level support from SYNAXON. This ensures maximum operational flexibility.
    • – The Security Audit Tool from lywand is the first to be introduced. More solutions will follow shortly.
  • Save time with personalized customer reports
    The company administration has been revamped: You can create individual customer reports directly in the system (including your own logo for a professional external image).
  • Notification system
    In the top right corner of the dashboard you will find your notifications – all notifications will be integrated here gradually.
