Admin accounts for user control
Dear partner,
Based on your feedback, we have repeatedly received requests to be able to manage your employees' BoxOffice accounts ourselves.
The manufacturer has now set up a solution for exactly this: From now on, you can have your own customer admin account created, which you can use to create, delete, reset passwords or activate multi-factor authentication for BoxOffice accounts for yourself and your customers.
The number of customer admins is limited to a maximum of two per partner.
Activation is done in the usual way – simply open a ticket in the BoxOffice.
