We are constantly working to offer you a better and more transparent service. As a Master MSP, we want to grow together with you and don't hide anything in the fine print. With this in mind, we have revised the Terms and Conditions for using SYNAXON services.
The updated version of the General Terms and Conditions will come into effect on July 1, 2024 and contains the following changes:
- Preamble: Revision and Adaptation
- Paragraph 2: Clarification of when and how a contract is concluded
- Paragraph 4: Addendum regarding the use of multi-factor authentication
- Paragraph 7: Addendum regarding payment processing via SYNAXON Service GmbH
- Paragraph 14.3: Clarification of communication channels for important information
- Throughout the text: Renaming of „SYNAXON Managed Services“ to „SYNAXON Services“ and correction of errors (product names, partner -> customer, grammar).
